I hear a lot from clients who struggle to fit physio exercises into their daily life.  I wanted to help people achieve this goal so I got it made into a cool infographic.

Exercise is a key part of rehab and physio.  There is a joke amongst physios that knowing exercises doesn’t help with pain the trick is to do them.  The main problem in our busy lives is fitting them and remembering to do them

Make life as easy as you can use the tools that modern life has given us in the shape of phones and computers.  We are almost all creatures of habit, attach the exercises to a part of your existing routine and set up the equipment or space so you can complete your exercises safely.
